Book through the “Request a Table” link on gaggan.com. The booking page says: up to 6 at the chef’s table, 18 and over only, phones and cameras put away for most of the meal, allergies 48 hours ahead (no vegan or Jain menu), keep it casual (suits and ties not welcomed), arrive 15 minutes early.

Gaggan at Louis Vuitton is a different restaurant, on the 2nd floor of Gaysorn Amarin, Phloen Chit (Time Out Bangkok). It is not in the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2026 list, and its prices are not on this page.
