Let's Relax's FAQ: walk-ins are welcome, availability depends on the branch, and it recommends booking at least one day ahead (read 7 Nov 2026). On tipping: "Service Charge is included in the service fee. Tipping for massage therapists is at your discretion." The Tipping in Thailand says guides most often suggest 50–100 baht for an hour.
